PERI DEX Guide — Setting Guide and Exchange
In this guide, we will explain the DEX guide of PERI. Exchange. PERI Exchange included those functions so far:
Pynths(PERI synthetic asset) exchange with various assets between blockchain asset based pynths — pUSD, pBTC, pETH
Settings — Add Moonbase Alpha Testnet
Before using PERI DEX testnet, please add Moonbase Alpha(testnet of Moonriver on the Metamask.
Click ‘Add Moonbase Alpha’ on the main page.
Or you can manually add the Moonbase alpha mainnet by input this info on Metamask:
Network Name: Moonbase Alpha
New RPC URL: https://rpc.testnet.moonbeam.network
Chain ID: 1287
Currency Symbol: DEV
Block Explorer URL: https://moonbase.moonscan.io/
Settings — Get DEV tokens from Moonbase community
For paying the gas fee on Moonbase Alpha testnet, users should get the test token on the community.
Step 1. Join the Moonbeam Discord community.
Step 2. Accept the Moonbeam Discord server rules and click ‘Submit’.
Step 3. Find the ‘moonbase-faucet’ channel on the left side and input message:
!faucet send (Your Metamask address)
Step 4. After the bot message has arrived, you’ve successfully got the testnet token.
You can check DEV token balance on the Metamask page.
Settings — Connect Metamask wallet
Step 1. Go to PERI DEX testnet page:
Step 2. Connect the wallet by clicking the top right side button.
Step 3. Click the MetaMask to proceed.
(On the testnet, we support MetaMask wallet only)
Step 4. Approve wallet access on the Metamask page.
Settings — Exchange
Step 1. Select Pynth assets to trade.
Step 2. Input your amount that you want to trade Pynths.
You can also scroll the amount on the ‘Receive’ tab.
Step 3. After clicking the ‘confirm’ on the Metamask, ‘In progress’ and ‘Confirm’ alert will appear.
Step 4. Check your Pynths trade history and assets status on the ‘Assets’ page.
